Villa El Pino is a beautiful and spacious Spanish style villa, which is located in the upper part of the urbanisation “El Monte de los Almendros” and has a breathtaking view.
When entering the property, you will be greeted by a large terrace. On the right side there is an open parking lot, where you can park at least one car and you can comfortably leave another one in the closed garage. The terrace with sea view on the left is next to the outside door of the kitchen, which is the anteroom to the garden area. As soon as you enter the villa, the feeling of spaciousness is very perceptible. From here a large window leads to a small terrace with access and views of the garden and the pool area. Each room has air conditioning for cooling and heating, so your comfort is guaranteed all year round. There are also radiators in the bedrooms.
The outdoor area of the villa offers a lot of privacy and consists of the pool area and a beautiful large garden that partially surrounds the house. With plenty of space to enjoy nature. In the lower part of the garden, you will find a large selection of fruit trees.
The pool area offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. There is an outside shower next to the pool with its irregular shape. As the garden is next to it, you can choose to sunbathe or take a quiet nap after cooling off in the pool.
