Villa El Pino is a beautiful and spacious Spanish style villa, which is located in the upper part of the urbanisation “El Monte de los Almendros” and has a breathtaking view.

When entering the property, you will be greeted by a large terrace. On the right side there is an open parking lot, where you can park at least one car and you can comfortably leave another one in the closed garage. The terrace with sea view on the left is next to the outside door of the kitchen, which is the anteroom to the garden area. Here towers a large pine tree over the property surrounding the house and the pool area.

As soon as you enter the villa, the feeling of spaciousness is very perceptible. The high ceilings with wooden beams, the large living room and the light falling through the large windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room has a built-in fireplace to enjoy the nights with a blanket on the sofa during the few cold months of the year. The living room has a large L-shaped terrace with an incomparable view of the sea and the mountains. Part of the terrace is glazed and has comfortable garden furniture. The other part communicates with the kitchen and at the large table you can enjoy a delicious meal or other activities with family and friends. On the same level there is a small bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is fully equipped. The kitchen furniture and the beautiful ceilings with their wooden beams give it a rustic touch. Here you can enjoy cooking with regional products that you can buy fresh at the local market. From the kitchen you have direct access to the large terrace that is connected to the living room and another smaller terrace that leads to the garden entrance.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite and dressing room. The bed consists of 2 mattresses of 90 cm each, whereby the bed frame can be adjusted individually. A few steps below the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king-size double bed. In the lower part of the house there is an apartment with 1 more bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with breakfast bar, which is adjacent to a recreation room with a TV and a sofa bed. From here a large window leads to a small terrace with access and views of the garden and the pool area. Each room has air conditioning for cooling and heating, so your comfort is guaranteed all year round. There are also radiators in the bedrooms.

The outdoor area of ​​the villa offers a lot of privacy and consists of the pool area and a beautiful large garden that partially surrounds the house. With plenty of space to enjoy nature. In the lower part of the garden, you will find a large selection of fruit trees.

The pool area offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. There is an outside shower next to the pool with its irregular shape. As the garden is next to it, you can choose to sunbathe or take a quiet nap after cooling off in the pool.

The urbanisation in which this house is located has a communal area. Guests have free access to the common areas: tennis court, paddle court, swimming pool, children's pool, soccer field and playground.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almería are easy to reach. If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful home, there are plenty of things to see and do in the area. For example, the Sierra Nevada ski area, where you can enjoy beautiful routes for walking and hiking, is very close by. The Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning from November to April and relax on the beach or pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain towns of Las Alpujarras are also nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada and Malaga.

The place Salobreña, to which Monte de los Almendros belongs, is located on the Costa Tropical of Granada. Salobreña enjoys a subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees.

Horarios de entrada y salida a la villa, y el dormitorio de matrimonio de la primera planta debería tener cortinas para evitar el sol en las horas de sueño

En general toda la casa. Muy buenas vistas. Mucha tranquilidad. No hay ruidos. Muy buen menaje de cocina.

Por poner una pega, las curvas que hay que subir hasta llegar a la casa.

Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.
