Villa Vista is an airy villa with lots of privacy and with nice outdoor space and stunning views towards the Mediterranean Sea, the picturesque white village of Salobreña with the impressive Moorish Castle (lit up at night) and the mountains of Sierra Nevada (covered with snow during the Winter).
Villa Vista has three bedrooms, one of them is fitted with en-suite bathroom, all bedrooms suitable for double occupancy. There is also an apartment with one bedroom for double occupancy, bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room. Therefore, in total, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests. The entrance hall gives access to a large, two ambiances living room, with a cozy fire place. The living room has wide windows and glass sliding doors, so you can make the most of the incredible views to the spectacular surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, you can as well prepare delicious meals on the barbecue located in the garden. The villa has WIFI, satellite TV and hot and cold air-conditioning, which can be controlled individually in every room. You can relax in the garden, terraces and heated pool.
Guests have complimentary use of the urbanisation’s communal tennis court, large swimming-pool, children’s pool, football pitch, playground and snack bar during the summer months. The main Salobrena beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are less than a 10 minute drive away.
Villa Vista's renovation was finished at the beginning of July 2017. There are new bathrooms now, a heated pool and the terrace has been enlarged. We are happy to welcome you in this luxurious, modern, spacious, and comfortable villa with panoramic views and tranquil surroundings close to the sea.
This villa is registered at Registro de Turismo de Andalucía (Andalusian Tourism Registry Bureau) with the RTA number: VFT/GR/00710.

Pool small and quiet deep.
We were here for 2 weeks in December/January with our 2 young children. The location of the villa is wonderful. We were very lucky with the weather. The kids could even swim in the pool, it was nice and pleasantly heated. The sun was there until 3 pm. We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. We had some problems with the warm water but that was professionally fixed by villas colores Spain. The people from the agency are so friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. We even got oliebollen for New Year's Eve, a Dutch specialty, a very nice gesture!
The pillows could use an upgrade.

The WiFi could use an upgrade, it was difficult to use a laptop. Also there were some problems with the TV (only Spanish channels) but we did not report it because we did not really need a tv during our holidays.

The view
Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!
Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.
Changeover day: FRIDAY (In low season depending on booking calendar.)
October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros per week
May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros per week
The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
