This beautiful, modern villa with private heated pool with an automatic solar pool cover and jacuzzi is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. It has breathtaking views of the sea and the coastline of the Costa Tropical with the picturesque village of Salobreña. This beautiful white village is built on a rock at the foot of an imposing Moorish castle, which is illuminated at night. The villa has a lift, making it extremely suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The designer villa is facing south and therefor has a unique view on the sunset over the Mediterranean. The location, the concept, the living volume and the finish of the villa result in a hyper-luxurious villa. The high windows of the living room, which extend over 2 floors, ensure optimum light and direct contact with the impressive outside environment. The luxury kitchen and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have a high level of finishing. Each bedroom has its own balcony that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and together with the terraces there is plenty of room for privacy and tranquility. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in its bedrooms and 2 more using the sofa bed in the recreation area.

Entering the villa you notice how spacious and bright it is. All rooms have full width windows, so you can enjoy the great views from every room.

The 4 large and tastefully decorated bedrooms are situated on the top 2 floors and are suitable for 2 guests each. Every bedroom has a well-equipped en-suite bathroom and two of them also have a bathtub. In all bedrooms you can experience stunning views, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and each has sliding glass doors giving access to a terrace. Waking up in this villa is an experience in itself!

The generous open plan living area has a high ceiling, which reaches two floors up and a glass wall over the entire width of the room, so you can admire the incredible views to the sea and the surroundings also from here. The modern seating area is equipped with a fireplace for those winter evenings when the sun sets earlier. The living room has a loft with comfortable armchairs. From this loft one can overlook the living area with its beautiful hanging lamps and then on to the endless sea.

The modern kitchen has a cooking island and all the necessary equipment to prepare a delicious dinner. At the kitchen island there is place to sit and chat to the cook and overlook the sea at the same time.

On the terrace, next to the pool is a comfortable covered dining area with a large gas BBQ, so you can prepare and enjoy the Spanish cuisine with its regional wines for hours.

Through the sliding doors of the living room and kitchen you have access to the sizeable terrace, where you can sit back in comfortable loungers and enjoy the marvelous view. You can also move on to the pool and sunbathe on the sun beds next to it. The water of the private heated infinity pool provides refreshment and tranquility and hours of play for children. In the jacuzzi you can enjoy the sunsets and the vast beautiful colored skies. 

The recreation area is located on the ground floor. On the big flat screen TV (75 inches) you can receive all of the international channels and Netflix. You can use the Blue Ray Player to watch movies and the children can play on the Xbox. There is a number of fitness equipment at your disposal and the table tennis table and football table will provide you and the children with the necessary pleasure. There is a sofa bed on this floor, so the villa can accommodate up to ten guests.

The villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be controlled in every room separately. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for you.

The villa has its own closed parking space for 3 cars.

Villa 29 is located on the very nice hillside urbanization Costa Aguilera Mar. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is easy access to Malaga, Granada or Almeria airport. If you can get yourself to leave this marvelous villa, there are lots of things to see and do.

For example:

- the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski during the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon. In summer the mountain is used for hiking.

- There is a golf course 10 minutes away that is located right on the beach.

- The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the wonderful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palaces and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from a subtropical micro climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
