Villa Alta Vista is a spacious and quietly located family house, suitable for larger groups (up to 10 people) and has a surprising layout with playful levels and subtle height differences. The numerous windows offer an impressive view of the Mediterranean Sea and the vast surroundings of the Costa Tropical.  The villa offers peace and privacy with panoramic sea view.

The living room gives access to a covered terrace, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Inside you will find a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing together or watching a movie.

In the adjoining, characteristic semicircular bay – surrounded by windows – there is a spacious dining table, an attractive place to gather and enjoy long dinners.

The simple, but complete (semi) open kitchen fits seamlessly into the living space. In addition, this floor has a guest toilet and a practical laundry room with washing machine. 

On this floor there is also a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. This room has a private terrace with a cozy sitting area and a beautiful view of the hilly landscape.

On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). The semi-round terrace offers a beautiful sea view – the perfect place to start the day or end it in peace. The en-suite bathroom has a classic hemispherical bathtub. In addition, on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), with a private bathroom across the hall.

On the ground floor is the spacious souterrain, directly adjoint to the pool. In addition, there are two bedrooms: a double room with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom and a room with two single beds. Both rooms offer a view of the green hilly landscape.

There is also a utility room (with some height differences) and a bright room with extra table, ideal for games or a game of darts. Through the sliding doors you reach the attractive walled outside terrace, where the swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) and the sun beds invite to relaxing days in the sun. Of course there is also a BBQ for long, cozy evenings outside.

The basement space has also been used efficiently. If you or the children want to escape the sun for a while, the spacious TV room offers a wonderful place to relax.  For extra entertainment there is in addition, a ping pong table – an ideal space for relaxation and fun for young and old.

The driveway offers spacious, closed parking for several cars.

Due to the different height differences, this villa is less suitable for children under 6 years old. 

Villa Alta Vista is located on the beautiful hilly urbanization Monte de los Almendros, located in Salobreña. Guests can make free use of the recreation area of this urbanization with tennis court, paddle court, swimming pool, children's pool, playing field and playground and a snack bar during the summer months.

The beach, restaurants and shops are a fifteen minute drive from the villa. Furthermore, there is excellent accessibility to the airports of Málaga, Granada and Almería.

If you can break away from this beautiful villa, there is more than enough to discover in the area. The impressive ski area of the Sierra Nevada is less than a 75-minute drive away, where you can ski in the morning in winter (November to April) and then relax in the afternoon at the beach or by the pool.

The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are also nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada, with the world famous Alhambra, and Málaga, known for its historic center and the Museo Picasso Málaga.

Other recommendations in the region are Almuñécar, with its cozy markets and Roman influences, La Herradura with an attractive bay and harbor, and Nerja, famous for the impressive Cuevas de Nerja.
