The following information on the processing is therefore provided:
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the data of interested parties for the management and handling of communications (user contact, responding to enquiries, etc.), as well as to attend to the services requested and to carry out our business.
With regard to the publication of personal data on social networks that our website may share, such data is in no case processed beyond responding to your queries or suggestions, and the applicable privacy policy is the one set by the entities responsible for those sites. We cannot be held responsible for any personal information that each user may publish.
What type of data do we process?
In addition to the various means of collection mentioned and the different processing purposes set out above, we inform you that the types of data we may process in our information system are basic details: name, email address and/or telephone number.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept for as long as a relationship is maintained with you, whether as a customer or as another type of interested party; for as long as its deletion has not been requested; or for as long as there is any legal provision or requirement to retain it.
Once the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be deleted while ensuring its confidentiality.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the relationship maintained with you on the basis of the express consent that, where applicable, you have provided us for such processing, such as the contact form on the website, and any other processing that necessarily involves the collection of your personal data. For such processing, a clear affirmative action by the data subject is an essential requirement.
To whom will your data be disclosed?
In some cases, third parties need to access the information you have provided in order to deliver the service requested — for example, companies that provide us with other types of services such as information technology (data storage and processing, etc.).
These third parties only have access to the personal information they need in order to carry out those services. They are required to keep your personal information confidential and may not use it in any way other than as instructed by us.
The data of interested parties will not be disclosed to any third party, except where legally required.
What rights do you have when you provide us with your data and/or we process it?
As a data subject, you may at any time ask us to exercise any of the following data protection rights:
- Access to your data: You have the right to access your data in order to know which of your personal data we are processing.
- Rectification or erasure of your data: In certain circumstances, you have the right to correct personal data concerning you that you consider inaccurate and that is being processed by the entities, as well as the right to request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Restriction of processing of your data: In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your data. In that case, we inform you that we will only retain the data for which you have requested restricted processing for the establishment or defence of legal claims.
