Beschreibung

Die Villa verfügt über atemberaubenden Meerblick, Sonne den ganzen Tag lang, einen eigenen beheizbaren Überlaufpool mit automatischer Abdeckung, einen Whirlpool an einem geschützten Platz auf dem Grundstück aber mit Meerblick, Klimaanlage ( warm-kalt)im ganzen Haus, schnellen WLAN Internet Zugang und Satellitenfernsehen mit Kanälen in verschiedenen Sprachen.

Die Villa verfügt über einen Parkplatz abseits der Straße. Im Torinneren führt Sie eine Treppe zur Eingangstür.

Auf der Eingangsebene gibt es ein grosses, offenes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter, zeitgenössischer Küche. Grosse Schiebefenster erlauben es Ihnen den blauen Himmel und den wunderbaren Meerblick von drinnen zu geniessen und schaffen Ihnen direkten Zugang zu der Terrasse und dem Pool. 

Ausserdem befinden sich auf dieser Ebene 3 Schlafzimmer, eines davon hat ein grosses Doppelbett und ein en Suite Badezimmer. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben jeweil 3 Einzelbetten, eines davon ist versteckt und wird nur bei Benutzung sichtbar. Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit grosser, begehbarer Dusche. Von allen Schlafzimmern aus haben Sie Zugang auf die Terrasse und zum Pool. Auf diesem Stock gibt es ausserdem noch eine Gästetoilette und einen Abstellraum. 

Oben befinden sich eine grosse Terrasse und das Hauptschlafzimmer, das einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick, eine eigene Terrasse und ein en Suite Badezimmer hat. Im en Suite Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne, von der aus Sie den wunderbaren Meerblick geniessen können. Als zusätzliches Plus, die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen mit 2 Pools, Fussballfeld, Spielplatz, Paddle Platz und Tennisplatz sind lediglich 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

The house was very nice and hade a lovely area around the pool where we spent a lot of time.The view over the surrounding area and sea is fantastic. We were 3 couples and stayed there for more than a week in late September . The time of year and the villa is really a good combination for a nice holyday.
The kitchen was a little bit small in general.

Thank you for your nice comment. Villa Blanca is built on the Monte de los Almendros. At the foot of the hill is the fishing village of La Caleta with a small village store. In the communial area of the Monte near to the villa a simple restaurant is being exploited. Here you can enjoy for little money Spanish tapas, a glass of wine or a children's ice cream.

Paradijsje op aarde!

Alweer de 3e keer op de berg via Villas Colores Spain. Heerlijk verblijf hier gehad van 2 weken. Wat een paradijsje op aarde! Lekker de ochtend starten buiten in de lounge bank met het eerste zonnetje, de kwetterende vogels "and a magnificent view". Tot volgend jaar!

Er is al genoeg geschreven over het comfort, de luxe en de compleetheid van deze prachtige villa. Daarom willen wij de kleine dingen benoemen, waar wij extra van genoten hebben, zoals de hoppende hoppen (3 stuks) en de tsjilpende mussen die op het randje van het zwembad kwamen drinken.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa. The weather was glorious, so we made full use of all the facilities. We enjoyed evenings out at the beach, restaurants & used the BBQ on the other nights. What a wonderful week we have had in villa Blanca! Beautiful villa, beautiful weather and amazing views. We have hardly left the villa other than a trip to the shops and a few hours in Nerja. The holiday has been perfect for us. We have all loved the pool and the hot tub. We have enjoyed the peace whilst our two young children (aged 5 and 6) have played all day. We are already planning our return visit. We are so sad to be leaving. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.

  • 30% Anzahlung bei der Buchung erforderlich
  • Bezahlung möglich in Bar oder per Banküberweisung, Visa oder Mastercard.
  • Der Restbetrag ist zahlbar 8 Wochen vor Anreise oder in bar bei der Ankunft, wenn eine Kreditkartengarantie 8 Wochen im Voraus zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
  • Eine Kaution von 500 Euro ist bei Ankunft per Kreditkarte zu zahlen.
  • Es gibt einen 1% Zuschlag für Debit- und Kreditkartenzahlungen.
  • Die Transaktionskosten, die die Bank bei Transaktionen aus Nicht-EU-Ländern erhebt, werden an den Kunden weiterverrechnet.
  • Die Preise gelten für bis zu 8 Personen. 85 Euro Zuschlag für jeden weiteren Gast.
  • Elektrizität der Villa ist inbegriffen.
  • Poolheizung ist optional und wird separat berechnet. 

Die Kosten für die Poolheizung bis 28 Grad betragen:
1. Oktober bis 30. April: 175 Euro pro Woche
1. Mai bis 30. September: 125 Euro pro Woche
 

Die Heizkosten ab 28 Grad betragen 25 Euro pro Grad pro Woche
