The villa has stunning sea views, sun all day long, a private, heated infinity pool with an automatic cover, a hot tub in a secluded part of the plot but with sea views, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, high speed WIFI internet access and satellite TV with multi language channels. You won't miss a detail in this modern villa!
There is a level entrance into the villa from the off road and gated parking area. On the entry level, there is an open plan living room with an integrated, contemporary kitchen. There are large sliding glass doors that allow you to enjoy the blue skies and wonderful sea views from inside and that offer direct access onto the pool terrace. The electric retractable awnings offer you shade when needed.
Additionally on this level, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have 3 twin beds, one of which is tucked away and used when necessary. This two bedrooms have use of a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower.From all bedrooms you have access to the terrace and the pool. There is also a guest toilet and a utility room on the entry level.
Upstairs, there is a large terrace and the master bedroom that has breathtaking, panoramic views, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a large tub from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea views.

We have strengthened the reception of the WIFI signal on the first floor. The access to villa Blanca has changed, in the sense that there is a closed space on site to park your car.

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!
Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.
Changeover day: FRIDAY (In low season depending on booking calendar.)

The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
