The villa has stunning sea views, sun all day long, a private, heated infinity pool with an automatic cover, a hot tub in a secluded part of the plot but with sea views, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, high speed WIFI internet access and satellite TV with multi language channels. You won't miss a detail in this modern villa! 

The villa has an off road parking area. Inside the gate a staircase takes you to the front door. On the entry level, there is an open plan living room with an integrated, contemporary kitchen. There are large sliding glass doors that allow you to enjoy the blue skies and wonderful sea views from inside and that offer direct access onto the pool terrace. The electric retractable awnings offer you shade when needed. 

Additionally on this level, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have 3 twin beds, one of which is tucked away and used when necessary. This two bedrooms have use of a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower.From all bedrooms you have access to the terrace and the pool. There is also a guest toilet and a utility room on the entry level. 

Upstairs, there is a large terrace and the master bedroom that has breathtaking, panoramic views, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a large tub from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea views.

Villa was bright and pool was lovely.

A shop nearby on foot would have been useful

Thank you for your nice comment. Villa Blanca is built on the Monte de los Almendros. At the foot of the hill is the fishing village of La Caleta with a small village store. In the communial area of the Monte near to the villa a simple restaurant is being exploited. Here you can enjoy for little money Spanish tapas, a glass of wine or a children's ice cream.

Paradijsje op aarde!

Alweer de 3e keer op de berg via Villas Colores Spain. Heerlijk verblijf hier gehad van 2 weken. Wat een paradijsje op aarde! Lekker de ochtend starten buiten in de lounge bank met het eerste zonnetje, de kwetterende vogels "and a magnificent view". Tot volgend jaar!

Tsjilpende mussen op het randje van het zwembad

Er is al genoeg geschreven over het comfort, de luxe en de compleetheid van deze prachtige villa. Daarom willen wij de kleine dingen benoemen, waar wij extra van genoten hebben, zoals de hoppende hoppen (3 stuks) en de tsjilpende mussen die op het randje van het zwembad kwamen drinken.

Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.

  • The transaction costs, which the bank charges for transactions from non-EU countries, are passed on to the customer.
  • Rates are for up to 8 people. 50 euro supplement per week for each additional guest. 
  • Electricity of the villa is included.
  • Pool heating is optional and will be charged separately.
  • The costs for pool heating up to 28 degrees are:
  • October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros per week
  • May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros per week

The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
