Villa Dorada is an exceptional, architecturally designed luxury villa located in the prestigious Monte de los Almendros urbanisation. Upon entering, the high-quality finishes immediately stand out, including beautiful marble floors with underfloor heating throughout the entire home. The generous living room with an open-plan designer kitchen forms the heart of the villa and seamlessly connects to the terrace and garden through impressive sliding doors. When fully opened, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living disappear, creating a unique living experience. The spacious terrace offers both sunny and shaded areas and overlooks a beautifully heated swimming pool and a garden that visually blends into the blue of the sea.

On the same living level, there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a separate bathroom in the hallway. Both rooms are generously sized and equipped with king-size beds.

On the lower floor, there are four additional large bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The villa is fully wheelchair accessible. The lower level can be reached by lift or stairs.

Monte de los Almendros is a luxurious and well-maintained urbanisation with excellent facilities, including a communal swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, padel court, and a play/sports field.

The beaches, shops, and restaurants of Salobreña are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Málaga, Granada, and Almería are easily accessible. A unique feature is the proximity to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski and enjoy the beach on the same day during winter. An 18-hole seaside golf course is also located nearby.

The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are close by, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada, with the world-famous Alhambra palaces, and Málaga, with its historic centre, cathedral, and Picasso Museum.

Accessibilité de la villa , car mon fils est en fauteuil roulant et la villa dorada est parfaitement accessible pour lui même la piscine est parfaite pour son handicap Jolie vue . Maison fonctionnelle.
Nous sommes arrivés le soir , il n y avait que du pain , lait confiture , 3 tranches de jambon et fromage , 2 bouteilles d eau C est vraiment limite comme corbeille d arrivée. De plus , pas de sopalin, juste un rouleau de papier toilette par toilette …. Vraiment le minimum. En raison du prix de la villa faudrait au moins des produits de base au moins pour les 15 jours de location.

Villa Dorada is een prachtige villa, maar deze villa is minder geschikt voor een vakantie met heel jonge kinderen. We verhuren ook villa's waar traphekjes geplaatst kunnen worden en waar een mobiel hek rond het zwembad aangebracht kan worden. We zullen u desgewenst graag informeren welke villa's geschikt zijn voor een vakantie met heel jonge kinderen. We hopen dat u ook in villa Dorada een fijne vakantie heeft gehad en heeft kunnen genieten van alle faciliteiten van deze villa. Marvellous and enjoyable stay

Six of us stayed at this lovely villa in April for a get together. Beautiful views, nice rooms, well equipped kitchen. Inge and team were all always very efficient and supportive from booking to check out.
Besides a few electrical equipment needs periodic checking for proper functioning, there is nothing to mention as it was a trouble free stay.

En general todo estaba muy bien, limpieza, localización, fotos acorde a la realidad de la casa, comunicación con agencia y solución de incidencias comunicadas.
Quizás la casa es algo peligrosa si vas con niños pequeños, pero eso es algo que ya se sabe porque las fotos son tal cual es la casa. Pondría una barandilla de bloqueo de paso en la escalera exterior que va desde la terraza a la planta de las habitaciones.

Everything was perfect. The villa was super clean and any problems were given prompt attention.
The fridges were not cold enough even on coldest setting. The pool was not as large as it seems on the pictures.

We highly recommend Villa Dorada!!!…:) Villa Dorada was very accommodating, large, light and bright. It was very clean and the parking was ample for 4 vehicles. We were a party of 10 adults and each couple had their own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and large enough that we were not running into each other during the week. The pool was heated and everyone enjoyed it while lounging in the sun. The views of the sea and the Sahara Nevada mountains are both breath taking and relaxing. This is definitely the place to be if you want to relax in total luxury. The villa is up high enough in the community which allows for the beautiful views. The property management staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Their response time to our needs were immediate and their services excellent. “Thanks guys for a job well done”! We really enjoyed our stay and will return again next year. ≈ We are still reeling from our stay at lovely Villa Dorada. Colin & Jessie x 8 Feb 2018

Hello Robert and Dora, Thank you for sharing your lovely villa Dorada with us. We were here 1 week to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect spot and the lovely views helped to set the mood for the occassion. We all really enjoyed our stay and the villa speaks for itself regarding the layout and being well equiped. Carmen and the staff at Villas Colores Spain were outstanding and very helpful. We are looking forward to returning arround the same time next year (2019)! All the best and thanks again!

Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.

Particularities

Changeover day: SATURDAY (In low season depending on booking calendar.)

  • Payment due in euros
  • 30% deposit required upon booking
  • Payment possible in cash or by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard.
  • The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival, if a credit card guarantee is provided 8 weeks in advance.
  • A security deposit of 500 euros is payable on arrival via credit card.
  • There is a 1% surcharge for debit and credit card payments.
  • The transaction costs, which the bank charges for transactions from non-EU countries, are passed on to the customer.
  • Rates are for up to 12 people. 85 euro supplement per week for each additional guest.
  • Electricity of the villa is included.
  • Pool heating is optional and will be charged separately.
  • The costs for pool heating up to 28 degrees are:

October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros per week

May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros per week

The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
