At road level Villa La Perla offers an open parking space for two cars and a designed garden area. After descending some steps, you will come into the warm, modern living area that looks out and opens to the magnificent terrace (160 square meters) with heated infinity pool. This is where you will spend hours relaxing and enjoying “La Dolce Vita”!

Adjacent to the large living room is the fully equipped kitchen. Enormous sliding glass doors bring you with few steps to the outdoor dining area, covered by sun awnings if you wish. A gas barbecue is available. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner while overlooking the illuminated XII century Moorish castle of Salobreña! This is simply a breathtaking view, day and night!

On the right side of the terrace you will find the heated infinity salt water pool (10 x 3,5 m). This softened water will soothe your skin and the incredible views over the area will do the rest to make you feel relaxed and calm. The outdoor shower, warmed by the sun, will refresh you and the comfortable sun beds will invite you for a little nap. Around the terrace, on a lower level, you will find fruit trees and blossoming plants.

Do you wish to see the sun rise while you are awakening? This wonderful experience is guaranteed in all the bedrooms on the first level of Villa La Perla. There is one master bedroom (16m2) with king size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe; two bedrooms (11m2) with two twin beds (0,90 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe in each room.  It is possible to join the twin beds to obtain a king size bed (1,80 m x 2 m).  These two bedrooms share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom (13m2) has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. All rooms are sunny and elegantly decorated. They have electric shutters for that morning you want to sleep comfortably as long as you wish. The bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and floor heating. The temperature of the air conditioning can be set per room, so everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

On the ground level there is a playroom area with an additional TV set (50 inch). You can watch the TV channels over the satellite as well as the internet. The sofa can be turned into a bed for two people. This area also has a football table.

Villa La Perla is located on the very nice hillside urbanization Monte de los Almendros. In the communal area of this urbanization there is a large pool, a children’s pool, tennis court, paddle court, football pitch, playground and a snack bar during the summer months. Guests have complementary use of these facilities.

The beaches, restaurants and shops of Salobreña are reachable within 10 minutes by car. This small town enjoys the unique location between Sierra Nevada mountains and the sea as well as benefits from the subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and average temperature of over 20 degrees C. If you enjoy skiing, Sierra Nevada offers very good skiing conditions full of snow and sun during winter season, only 75 minutes away from the villa.

For those interested in sightseeing, art and architecture, and history – Granada and Malaga offer the best of what Andalusia – the heart and soul of Spain can provide.  You will be charmed and overwhelmed by the beauty of this region – small whitewashed villages on the top of the hills, tropical nature, sounds of flamenco and of course the richness and variety of the Spanish food.
