From almost every room in the villa, you can admire spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to its privileged location, the property enjoys sunshine throughout the day, from the first rays of morning light to the warm colours of sunset. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers an exceptional sense of freedom and privacy, with no overlooking neighbours. Various fruit trees grow around the property, allowing you to enjoy fresh lemons, avocados, and oranges straight from the garden, depending on the season.

Accommodation

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and consists of two bedrooms and an adjoining room in the main house, as well as two additional bedrooms located in two separate guest houses. The bedrooms in the main villa each feature an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the guest houses are equipped with shower rooms. This layout is ideal for families, groups of friends, or guests who appreciate additional privacy.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Bright and contemporary, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals for larger groups. The open layout and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean create a wonderful sense of space and relaxation throughout the home.

Spacious Terrace with Covered Outdoor Bar and Private Pool

Outdoor living is centred around the generous terrace with its private swimming pool. There are several lounge and seating areas, both shaded and open, where you can unwind while taking in the magnificent sea views.

A particular highlight is the large covered outdoor bar. Together with the barbecue, it creates the perfect setting for long summer evenings spent dining and relaxing with family and friends.

Location and Nearby Attractions

The villa is located on the peaceful and highly sought-after Alfa Mar hillside on the Costa Tropical, between the charming coastal towns of Almuñécar and Salobreña. The beaches, historic town centres, restaurants, and shops are all approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The airports of Málaga, Granada, and Almería are all easily accessible within approximately one hour by car.

The area offers a wide variety of attractions and activities. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 75 minutes away and also provides excellent hiking opportunities during the summer months. From December to April, you can enjoy skiing in the morning and relax on the beach or by your private pool later the same day.

An 18-hole golf course located directly on the coast is just a 15-minute drive away. The picturesque whitewashed villages of the Alpujarras are also nearby and make for wonderful day trips.

The beautiful city of Granada, home to the world-famous Alhambra Palace, is less than an hour away. Granada also offers the modern Nevada Shopping Centre, featuring an extensive selection of international and Spanish retailers.

The vibrant coastal city of Málaga, with its beautifully restored historic centre, impressive cathedral, Picasso Museum, excellent restaurants, lively cafés, and outstanding shopping district, can be reached in just over an hour.

The villa offers a high degree of privacy and enjoys an excellent location, allowing you to soak up the Spanish sun from sunrise to sunset. The terrace features a private (heated) swimming pool and a spacious covered outdoor bar with a barbecue. The villa also includes two guest apartments, each with its own private entrance from the terrace. Salobreña

Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.

Particularities

Changeover day: SUNDAY (In the low season depending on the booking calendar.)

Payment is due in euros.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
Payment methods: cash or bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard.
The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. You may pay up to € 999.99 in cash upon arrival. If you choose to pay a cash amount upon arrival, a credit card guarantee is required.
A security deposit of € 500 is payable upon arrival by credit card.
There is a 1% surcharge for debit and credit card payments.
Transaction fees charged by the bank for transactions from non-EU countries are passed on to the customer.

Rates are for a maximum of 6 people (2 bedrooms and an adjoining room in the house). 

The surcharge for renting one guest room is € 100 per week.

The surcharge for renting two guest rooms is € 200 per week.

Electricity for the villa is included in the price.

Pool heating is optional and charged separately.
The cost of heating the pool to 28°C is:
1 October to 30 April: € 175 per week
1 May to 30 September: € 125 per week
The cost for heating above 28°C is € 25 per degree per week.
