Villa Oliva is a spacious, family-friendly holiday home with private pool and large terraces perfect for sunbathing and more intimate shaded areas to relax and unwind. The south-facing villa is located on the top of the private residential community of "Monte de los Almendros" overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the wonderful surroundings of the Costa Tropical with the white village of Salobreña set at the foot of the (illuminated) Moorish castle.

This welcoming holiday home has three floors and offers a total of four bedrooms all suitable for double occupancy, a spacious living room with dining area, an open plan kitchen, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. The villa can accommodate up to eight people.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, one of which is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed (1.50 m x 2 m) and one bedroom has two single beds (0.9 m x 2 m). Two bedrooms have direct sea views. The fourth bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m) is on the lower floor and is part of a separate, spacious apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and direct access to the pool deck.

The entire middle floor houses a large, bright living room with a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, from which you can go directly to a large terrace with seating that invites you to have family meals al fresco and enjoy the stunning views. On both sides of the living and dining area there are small terraces with stairs providing access to the pool below. A barbecue is available in this area for unforgettable outdoor meals.

The private pool (8 x 4 m)is surrounded by a large sun deck with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor sofa set to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun and the panoramic view.

There is a secure, off-road space to park 2 cars right next to the main entrance to the house.

The villa has cold/hot air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.

Villa Oliva is part of a quiet residential development, which also offers a communal area with a swimming pool, tennis court, padel court, playground and football pitch, which is accessible to guests.

Shops, restaurants, the beach and a golf course in Motril right on the beach are about 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Málaga, Granada and Almería are all easily accessible.

For nature lovers, a hiking tour in the Sierra Nevada in Granada or a tour along the Río Verde in Otívar is recommended. Let yourself be enchanted by the tropical nature and landscape!

The beach, restaurants, and shops are less than a ten-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada, or Almeria are all easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are plenty of things to see and do: the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy great hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. There is a golf course a ten-minute drive away right by the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic city centre, cathedral, and Picasso Museum.

Salobreña benefits from a subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sun per year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees Celsius. Salobreña, dazzling and white, is situated in the very heart of the Costa Tropical, in the South of Spain. Adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and only a one hour drive from Malaga International Airport. The landscape is made up of agricultural valleys and rugged mountains which descend abruptly into sea. This creates attractive open beaches and more importantly, beautiful hillside locations for our villas, offering marvelous views of the Mediterranean Sea!

Salobreña’s striking architecture is an impressive sight. Whitewashed houses are scattered across a small mountain, dominated by a beautiful Moorish castle, 110 meters above sea level and beautifully illuminated at night. Salobreña and its beaches are only a ten minute drive away from our villas, and most of our villas do not only have marvelous sea views, but also a georgous view of this little white town.
